"Cutty" should make someone a really good working, show or pleasure horse when she matures. Both her sire and dam are a nicely-bred grulla and dun with good conformation, plenty of muscle, and bloodlines which go back to some outstanding Quarter Horses. Cutty is full of muscle, has a pretty head, a nice sloping powerful shoulder, good wither, short back, strong hindquarters with plenty of gaskin, and nice straight legs with solid black feet. Cutty is a quick thinker and is very businesslike in her learning and attitude; she is not a cuddly or "pocket-pony" type of mare. She tries hard to garner whatever you want her to learn, gets it down quickly and right, and then wants to move on to something else - she is quite independent and has the mind of a great competition horse. She is always willing to try something new or different and is trusting, but is not the type to approach you in a field for petting or attention. Cutty has good ground manners and is nice to halter, lead, tie, bathe, clip and handle her feet. This very pretty buckskin filly lives in northern California, by Willits, and is up to date on all her shots and worming.
